How it "works": Penis pumping is done by taking the device, which is usually a cylinder that fits over the penis, and with either a manual or motor pump, it creates a suction. Basically it creates a vacuum around the penis, and blood is drawn into the penis, helping it to become swollen. The vacuum increases and the difference between the inner blood-pressure and the pump pressure increases also. This gorging or swollen effect is said to eventually lead to a bigger penis. But excessive pumping has its risks:
The risks: Pumping too much can burst blood vessels and form nasty blisters. The balls, or testicles, can also be at risk by unexpectedly being sucked into the cylinder causing severe pain and injury.
