Penis Hanging for Enlargement?

One of the popular methods for penis enlargement has been called penis hanging. What this involves in basically attaching a rope or strap to the penis, while a weight dangles from the other end and is held for a specific amount of time. The idea is to stretch the tissue, thus lengthening the penis, though widening is said to be able to occur as well. Here are some very important issues regarding penis hanging.

1. History. It is an old technique, which was possible used some 2000 years ago by African tribes. If you've seen some of the bizarre piercings, widening of earlobes or nostrils by some tribes, then it doesn't seem too unlikely that penis hanging would have been practiced as well.

2. Today. Today there are a number of people who've developed hanging routines and seem devoted to practicing them. Most of the time these men don't rely solely on penis hanging for enlargement, but rather they incorporate it into part of their dual or triple prong approach to penis enlargement. Such as a weightlifter has to do the proper routine and rep count for his workout, the penis hanger has a specific set routine. In other words he doesn't just go in blind with no rhyme or reason, but rather has researched the proper technique and time limit to be performed.

3. Danger. Penis hanging can be one of the most dangerous forms of penis enlarging. The danger is obvious; whenever you are hanging weights to your member, and are stretching the tissue, there is risk of serious injury. It can be very painful to perform penis hanging, and some of the risks include chronic pain, scarring, and impotence.

4. Effectiveness. Some people have reported effectiveness, but again many people are incorporating hanging with other routines such as effective penis exercises, so it's hard to tell how much the hanging had to do with the results. In any event, it's a long, long road for any results to come from hanging. One should look into easier, less risky, and effective methods such as penis exercises before even considering the hanging.
